Bart Packer is the chief technology officer at Lifthium Energy, where he oversees the development of a proprietary electrolysis process to convert low-grade recycled lithium into battery-grade lithium hydroxide. With over 25 years of management experience in the chemicals and mining sectors, he is known for leading the scale-up and execution of complex industrial projects.

Bart previously served as executive vice president at Lilac Solutions, where he led the team advancing direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology. His work continues to support innovation in sustainable lithium production.
