Osman Şen is a Geological Engineer and the Founder of HEZ Enerji, with close to 30 years of experience in geothermal resource development. His work spans over 100 geothermal drillings and the completion of two geothermal power plants with a combined capacity of 48 MWe.
Osman leads four geothermal power generation companies with a combined installed capacity exceeding 200 MWe. Since 2013, his research into recovering lithium and strategic minerals from geothermal fluids has resulted in many publications across national and international scientific platforms.
