Dr. Osman Şen is the CEO of Hez Energy and one of Turkey’s foremost experts in geothermal development. A former academic, he has spent nearly 30 years advancing geothermal energy, leading over 100 drilling projects and helping build more than 200 MWe in combined capacity across Western Anatolia.
Osman also pioneered green lithium research in Turkey and continues to lead innovations in extracting strategic minerals from geothermal fluids. He has founded several companies and completed two full-scale geothermal power plant investments totalling 48 MWe in capacity.
