Tom Frising is the Project Development Manager in the field of Battery Materials at Axens, where he drives key aspects of the company's Cathode Active Materials and Direct Lithium Extraction development projects. He has been with IFPEN and Axens for more than 20 years, holding positions in technology and strategic project management before moving into battery materials development.

Tom brings deep expertise in process engineering and technology commercialisation, supporting the advancement of next-generation battery supply chain solutions and critical mineral extraction technologies across European and global markets.
